Mr. Hairpad Mohanty (Partner)

Mr. Hairpad Mohanty is a Partner at our Bhubaneshwar and Cuttack offices in Odisha. He specializes in a wide range of legal areas, including Corporate Law, Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Insolvency Law, Arbitration, and more. His extensive experience encompasses conducting vigilance trials of Class A officers employed by the State Government before the Learned Special Judge in the Special Court of Bhubaneswar. Mr. Mohanty has also undertaken due diligence work associated with bank loan approvals exceeding INR 50 crores.

He routinely practices before the Hon’ble High Court and Subordinate Courts in Odisha, the National Company Law Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, and has also appeared before the Honorable Calcutta High Court in Calcutta. Additionally, he has represented clients at the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate.

Mr. Ashish Prasad is an insolvency professional and acts as an advisor for the firm in relation to matters related to insolvency, liquidation and winding up of a company and limited liability company. He is an alumnus of Delhi University and has completed courses in Intellectual Property law from World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), in addition to holding a Diploma on Cyber Laws from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. He is admitted with the Bar Council of Delhi.
